Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Portland Gear, but if the fit or style isn't right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for all unworn and unwashed items.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.

• 2.
  Select Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason for the request from the dropdown menu.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, print it out, and securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our Portland warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
